This module allows you to generate instructions for general or site specific activities for installation crews or third party contractors. Sites are identified via the booking system, either by site location description or GPS location. Clear and precise location and operation instructions can be issued to staff or third party contractors to perform tasks at a particular site. With positive site identification, a reduction or elimination of errors made in performing tasks at a incorrect site can be made. With this module installed, you are also able to book maintenance or installation time in the Booking System. With maintenance time booked, and showing on the availability screen, staff are alerted that they cannot sell advertising on this board at this time. Down time / installation time can also be reflected in the information gathered from the Sales Analysis module. Work by third party contractors is captured in this module. This in turn can be exported into your accounts payable program via the accounts integration module. Analysis of this information can be carried out from the Sales Analysis module, including the profitability of jobs, income and costs.
